A Bold, Professional, Common-Sense Leader

#BlueCollarCommissioner #BlueCollarCanWin

Nathan Slusher is a small business owner in North Brevard. He is the owner of NRAYS LLC, a property service and facility maintenance company. Nathan has spent 7 years and thousands of hours in homes and on properties of Brevard residents doing repairs and taking care of our community. From mowing lawns to full home renovations, his experience in the industry has helped to sculpt his desire to correct many of the day to day operations our contractors and subcontractors deal with, from the Brevard County Dump, to the building and permitting department. The citizens deserve a commissioner with the experience of working with his hands to be a valuable asset in dealing with our infrastructure. “Potholes, overgrown drainage canals, collapsed drainpipes, reduced berms, rusted and failing signage, these are all problems our citizens notice everyday that effect their quality of life. I want every citizen to feel comfortable calling into the District 1 office knowing if they do, I will personally come and meet them to look at their issue and get it on the repair schedule. Someone needs to treat our County issues like service calls and get them corrected and repaired as efficiently as possible. We need someone who solves problems, not another person to talk about them or forward emails to another department to handle.” Brevard County deserves someone who understands how the infrastructure works and how to prevent problems in our area. This includes flooding, failing roadways, water and sewage issues, and development.

Brevard County needs a Bold, Professional leader who believes in:

  • Increasing the amount of small businesses in Brevard

  • Creating a culture of entrepreneurship among adults as well as our children

  • Solving Day to Day problems, including ditches and potholes.

  • Testing our Indian River Lagoon and Banana River Lagoon for pollutants

  • Ending herbicide spraying of canals by the government

  • Voting to reduce the current property taxes

  • Voting in support of Term Limits whenever applicable

  • Defending our citizens and all their rights from government

  • Taking a stand against backroom deals and improper development plans

  • Ending corporate subsidies and grants of our Brevard tax dollars

  • Communicating with citizens effectively and addressing their concerns

  • Having conversations with citizens again during government meetings

  • Having a professional backbone when dealing with Lobbyists, Bureaucrats, and Government Officials
